March 10th already? What is going on?

Good Monday Morning ladies,

This morning I did Xtrain Burn Sets Bi's/Tri's + PUB Bi's/Tri's. I've had very little sugar since the beginning of the year - it has done wonders for my body. I have dropped at least one jean size and the lower size is no longer tight! Xtrain is a big contributor to this :D. Other than that - no real big changes.

Great results! I am having similar results taking a lot of carbs and sugar out of my diet since November.
Today was a rest day - I did Yoga Relax.
 
Hi gals,

I did KCM Cardio Blast then did a Taebo Express for added cardio. They keep messing with my synthroid so now my body is adjusting to another new dose.

I hope they straighten it out soon.

Conni hope your dh is doing better.
