    I usually eat "it" in small quatities with the help of a hot beverage. Coffee - green tea - helps the "comfort" level that I get from the junk food and fills me up faster. It is a challenge. Sometimes I will make a quick salad to go with it as well - at least then I don't feel as guilty...

    Gym Styles Success

    I love the GS series - I really feel like I accomplish something after these workouts. I will miss them while doing STS. My brother-in-law has borrowed them while I am STS'sssing! I can tell he's becoming a Cathe convert!

    Too many calories burned? Inaccurate HRM?

    It could be right - I logged B&G into the Workout Manager (using my personal stats) and the calculated calories burned were 550 - it is one tough workout!

    I make a nice big mug of Green Tea with splenda and this nips the overeats! It's soothing and fills me up!

    feel a cold coming on? What do you do?

    Cold FX (we have this in Canada) I take it as "soon as I sense a that coldish feeling coming - cold symptoms subside within 24 hours if I catch it early enough - or only last 2-3 days. I swear by it!
