I contacted Roku expressed a "want" of this channel - don't know how that will turn out - I bought Chromecast - I should be able to get/do anything now LOL --- anyway I can view it on my large TV using Chromecast and my laptop or my phone - but I still would like that seamless ROKU experience --

Kathy, I do not - I DO have a laptop but it keeps "buffering" for some reason however, nothing I watch on Roku does that - anyway I gave up on the Roku idea and bought Chromecast - I am going to see if I can stream through my phone to my TV - maybe that will work but I am still hoping it will...

Roku says that all I have to do is get the channel code and then add as a private channel - where would I find the channel code?

I have been using Cathe Live On Demand on my laptop - difficult to see and blips - I have hooked up my laptop to my tv but there are lag times. I just got a Roku3 - how can I watch them with that - anyone know?

Started in 2000 - Cardio Kicks, Circuit Max were my firsts - I was sold immediately - I love everything she does - with all the different series she has put out my favorite is Intensity with XTrain at a close 2nd - but I love them all.

I started XTrain yesterday - Chest Back and Shoulders Friday and Cardio Leg Blast today - I cannot the cardio exactly as is but one day I will - I had to do step ups for the jumps on the step - next time I do it I will just use the top step. Here I go -- on the way..... Posted on my other...

Chelsea - I did not see your post yesterday????? Thank you - it is good to hear from someone who was where I am - I needed to hear that - I have been doing kettlebells but they are just aren't enough! I have cleaned up my eating - and I think I am going to do the Whole 30 Challenge to take it...
