    Meso 2 question

    I was thinking to do the same, I did for one month meso2 with 30 min cardio ( 4days splits) 3 days in the Mon,Tue,wed Thursday Hiit and Fri, circuit and sat any cardio but is too taired.

    What kind of mealplan should I follow while doing STS?

    I'm in the meso 2 and I try to eat a lot of vegetables no fruit for the sugar, protein in my meals and snacks, carbs only breakfast and lunch.

    I would do like for weights one body part a day but like 4 different exercises with 3 or 4 set each one and for legs day 2 days a week legs is a big muscle. Plus Hiit.

    Cafelattee thank you for your words and is true I'm more strong at my kids 22 and 18 years old, and I'm with my husband for ten years and we meet in the gym, all this years was no problem until now, sometimes I want to give up but I love my self to do something like that. Thank you every one...

    Happy for you, I have small lumbs in my left breast for years and still the same, they check me every 6 months, my mom died from breast cancer, my 32 year-old cousin from my mom side she get the bad cancer . Happy you are ok
