    the spin classes at my gym are more choreographed and may have different terrains in one song even. they also have some songs where the music "ramps" up at different points in the song & your goal is to match the beat. i really love those little challenges! cyclemax is more straightforward...

    i agree, Stacy...did this yest with pretty heavy weights. i liked it & will prolly add it in wirh STS next month. i think STS has spoiled me, don't like all those reps as much anymore. ( well, my shoulder doesn't.)
