In my notes I'm showing 56:25 min. for the whole upper body CTX & I figured the met value at 6 based on some of the other upper body workouts! You'll have to enter all the information to get your calorie burn! Hope this helps!

i agree, Stacy...did this yest with pretty heavy weights. i liked it & will prolly add it in wirh STS next month. i think STS has spoiled me, don't like all those reps as much anymore. ( well, my shoulder doesn't.)
