    Gas Help!!!

    I've been having the same problem lately, but I think it was attributed to my protein drink. For some reason I think it's making me gassy. I've stopped it for a few days to see if the problem stops. If you find something that works please let me know.

    HIIT vs. lower intensity -what's happening, dude?

    I've always wondered about this too!! I did the 6-wk body makeover a few years ago and he recommended low intensity cardio to burn body fat, however I believe HIIT burns more calories. I would really like someone to shed light because it's always baffled me too.
