I don't think so, because a lot of step workouts by others, such as Christi Taylor, have their own style of moves and technique, laying steps down, etc. Cathe for me is the most advanced, yet I find Cathe's stepping technique far easier to pick up than say Christi taylors. Having said that...

You could just use a club step at 8 inches. You could of bought the High step from the Physical company, here in the UK, but they have discontinued it :-(

I hope UPS don't charge me an extra 30% tax when I order cathe's 2008 calender !!!!!!!!!!:o
