New Series Premixes with times and exercise breakdowns?

Can someone point me to the place where I can find the premixes for the new series with the times of each?

If you check the blog by August 2nd and August 3rd, they have the list of premixes for both DVDs.

The time on the LIS/HIS premix #8(double cardio) is 57 min. including cool down. Not the 89 min. listed from the blog.
 
I already posted this on this forum someplace else but if you click on the individual premix title it gives a description of what that premix contains as well as the equipment and weight poundages that Cathe uses.

Do you mean on the actual DVD screen or is there a place on the forums/web site that I could print out that info?

I know for the last series "jordan" so kindly assembled a specific breakdown list of all the premixes that I soooooo appreciated.
