    Another vote for spinning! It's my only non-Cathe cardio, other than an occaisional run. And DITTO the leg w/o suggestion. Hope you liked the class - spinning is FUN, FUN, FUN! (Especially after about 3 times, when you're bum gets used to it! LOL)
