Food Storage Workout

Functional fitness at it's best, as done yesterday.:p

Step one: Go to local grocery store's case lot sale.
Step two: Load 2 shopping carts with 8 cases of canned goods, 100# of wheat, 50# of sugar, 50# of flour.
Step three: Unload to van.
Step four: Haul from van in garage, up 7 steps to house, and down to cold storage in basement.
Step five: Put items away.
Step six: Run 10 miles.
Cool down, stretch, pick up kids.
