    July 2015 rotation

    I can't thank you enough for posting these rotations year after year. I found you in 2003 when my son was 7 years old. I'm soon to be 62 and he's now 18. Can't say what kind of condition I'd be in without your rotations to keep me on track over all these years. Very grateful.

I have a new lap top with Windows 8.1 and I hate it so much I was trying to use the key pad as a left click and right click like I could do with my old Widows Vista laptop.     Did Circuit Lower Body ... Oh my. I am just so happy that although I know fitness isn't a comparison test - that some others found it challenging. And yes, brutal ... and boy do they ever mount up. I'm finishing January's RWH and I will look at what the Xtrain or Low Impact with RWH looks like...

    I am finishing up week 4 of the January rotation (lots of rest days) but I'm getting better and then I'm going to do something with RWH just in the mix. And I'm with you on trying to match Cathe's weight. She is amazing. I have to go down.

    I'm going to look at the RWH with Xtrain or LIS rotation and see how that goes. I can see major gains in cardio fitness from just a month of RWH even with the extra rest and yoga days and my body is toning up like it's never done before but I am wiped out.     Thanks for letting me know. I was referring to the latest workouts. Ripped. Since it said stretch on the premix I assumed it was included. Next time I think I'll finish the workout with the regular stretch and then do the core work. I'm lazy that way. :) I hate to go back if I don't have to.
