    I've found my elbows give out sooner than my chest does, esp at chest fly. That's another tricky one with heavy weights. And in general, my left arm always gives out before the left.

    20 pounds is the most I've ever used for pull-overs. And even that's a little worrisome. I suppose you could purchase a 20 or 25 pound weight plate just to get a better grip on it. AND whoa! nckfitheart2009! What did you do when you got stuck? Was someone else in the house for help you?

    I've seen the Clarisonic on the shelf. I remember having something similar when I was a teen. Back then I used it a few times and then it just kind of sat in the bathroom counter until my mom moved it to the linen closet (because I never used it).

    That's exactly what I do - I have a MAC brush and mix the foundation with the moisturizer but can never really get it thin enough. I do have a couple of tinted moisturizers that I use occasionally (One is the Aveeno(?) but the color is too yellow and is thick thick thick.) The other is Neutrogena.

    Question about XTrain 1RM testing

    I counted a L rep and a R rep as 'one rep', so each arm did ten reps. Also, there are a lot of 1RM max calcuators online. They seem to be in line with the one on Cathe's website. I also noticed a lot of the '10--' exercises were not on the website yet.
