Have you tried her FitPrime workouts? Crunch Time and Floor Burn. CT is great and it's just nice to be working out with her again. She was my first, ya know. :P I don't have an opinion on her personal choices. :+

Have you tried FitPrime's G-Force? After I did that one, I got rid of all my UR's. They just couldn't measure up on the fun factor, plus GF is a circuit workout, so you get in heavy wts. too!!! Hopefully, FP will put out another one soon and yes, I'd LOVE it if Cathe could be talked into...
