I put this together trying to alternate a cardio day with a weights day quite a while ago, but haven't tried it. You could substitute some newer cardios for the old ones you don't have on my list. The ab work ends up being about 2-3 days a week. This is designed for those who like the workouts as is, without needing to program your DVD player or break up a tape.
