Body Blast Intensity Challenge........

Hi everyone!!Danielle and I decided to see if anyone whats to do a challenge with us!! We're combing the Intensity Series and the Body Blast Series for a new rotation. It will begin next Monday and will lokk something like this:

Monday- Step, Jump and Pump

Tuesday- Imax 2

Wednsday- Boot Camp

Thursday- Kick, punch and Crunch

Friday- Cardio and weights

Saturday- Cardio of your choice.

Sunday- rest

If you don't have these tapes they can be easily replaced with other tapes, like BodyMax for SJ&P, IMAX for IMAX2, MIS, ME, ect.... for Bootcamp, Cardio Kicks for KP&C, and Ciruit Max for C&W. There's a million ways to work this. If you don't like your rest day being Sunday and like Sat. for your rest day, start everything on Sunday instead of Monday.

shoot, this looks great!

However, I just compromised a 3 day split, strength orientated rotation with 2 cardio and 1 circuit per week.
I'd like to join you on the next rotation challenge though.

It's six weeks long and and it's basically the same. You can move the video around or add run or cardio of your choice instead the the regular videos we suggested. We just kept it simple, but intense:D .
