    I did LIC yesterday and BodyMax 2 today, but only the first two parts. I did upperbody weights yesterday, so I skipped that today. I did the BodyMax on a 6 inch step, but the power segments on a 4 inch step. It's a shame I'll have to be off for a month. I think that's going to be hard for me...

    I did Party Rockin' Step on a 6" riser, so definitely doing better! My favorite drink is coffee. I do like the Salted Caramel Mocha from Starbucks with nonfat milk. Not every day though, just occasionally. I do make nonfat, sugar free chocolate iced coffee at home sometimes too.

    I did Rhythmic Step yesterday on a 4 inch step. Definitely improving. Today, not sure. Cardio and Weights, perhaps. I got pierced ears when I turned 12. I subsequently got 2 more in one ear and 1 more in the other, plus one at the top of my ear, but now I just wear one set of black diamond studs.
