Good Morning everyone. Here is the question of the day. What is your profession? You don't have to answer if you don't want to. I am a registered nurse. After enough time in the hospital and working public health I now work at an elementary school. I have about 400 kids in pre-k through 2nd grade.

Elsie, I have to give you props! I could not endure what you've had to go through. Noise is one thing but to then have it all night long?! Hell no. My neighbors had a landscape company that used to start mowing and weed whacking at about 7 A.M. on sat or sun. I called the neighbors at 7:15 one morning to discuss it. No one answered the phone so I left a curt message. It never happened again. It's NOT ok to mess w/ someone's sleep!

This morning I did Cathe-Cardio core circuit. I think the core moves are ok but I often do my own stuff that's easier on my neck and back.

Linda-did you check out Heather Land yet?

Hi all, still under the weather. I'm pretty sure it's the flu. Very painful sore throat and it hurts when I cough. Lots of congestion.

I'm a computer programmer. Looking for work as I mentioned before. I have an appointment with a career coach this week. I'm hoping he can give me a plan that will get me some interviews.

Hi gals,

So sorry that you are sick, Missy. Praying that you feel better soon.

Today I taught one of my cardio circuit workout to 6 ladies for 51 minutes.

Then I did an hour of heavy weight work including abs and floorwork legs. Really felt like a strong workout even though I am still stuck at 115 pounds for barbell chest press.[emoji53]

Most of my life I have been a stay at home homeschooling mom. I have a BA in Biology and have worked in Psych hospitals, group homes, regular hospitals with a psych floor, (EKG tech during high school and some during college), taught GED classes, worked as a substitute teacher and now teach fitness classes at Gold's Gym.

Most of those things were done before or right after I married. I did work at a group home on weekends while homeschooling for about 2 years when the boys were older.

Have a great day and workout![emoji16][emoji963]

I am a loan officer in a bank...been doing it for 39 yrs, working up from cust service rep to loans.

Peg, I sat yesterday morning and went on YouTube and watched many of Heather's videos. Too funny.
I liked the one too about Sunday morning (that one was longer). Yep, hmm..hmmm. Ain't doin' it!!!

Hope you feel better soon Missy!

Hi ladies,

Profession: software tester for over 10 years now.

Never what I intended to become... I have a master's degree in International & European Law.

Today's w/o was super short, only did Ice MM biceps, but I went heavier than I used to, so still feel accomplished.

Missy - hope you feel better soon.

Elsie - I feel for you. I am a wreck after one or two bad nights, I can't even imagine what you have to deal with.

Have a good Monday.

Missy, the flu sucks! I hope you get over it soon. That's very difficult and draining. Get some rest. Annette, being a homeschooler is impressive. That's not easy! Henriette, excellent education! Wow. Isn't that what George Clooney wife does? International law? Linda, I think that longer video clip about Sunday's is a different person, not Heather Land. I'm glad you checked her out. It's funny right?!

Hey my friends,
Oh, Missy, you have been sick for awhile. Please take care of yourself & feel better soon!!
I love the MMelts Henriette ....they can be used in so many different ways! Do you ever do any prenatal routines like BodyRock Baby etc? Too slow for ya? haaha.
I saw a couple from Heather Land's channel too Peg & Linda .....she's funny!!
Great weights and cardio today Annette!! Biology was one of my strongest subjects in university. Love it!
Hey Ceci! Hope you've been feeling good today.

As for my occupation .....I guess it's a lack of occupation presently. As many of you know, I was caretaking my FIL for years before his passing and have been temping (in the insurance field) since. I normally temp 4-6 times/bi-weekly, although the last 5 months have been slow due to us focusing on our move across the country, selling FIL's estate etc. & some health issues of mine. I was planning to start uni this September to do some prep grad courses, but it has been put on the back burner (again!! LOL).

Today, I just did a short arms/interval routine from Ballet Beautiful. Not the hardest thing around, but surprised that it also was not easy and I like the stretch-strength aspect of it.
