    Heart rate monitor and Rykas

    Can someone recommend a good, but relatively inexpensive heart rate monitor? Also, has anyone tried the Ryka studio Flex Low Lady? It looks as if Cathe may be wearing them in one of the new MMA dvds. I need serious heel, arch, and forefoot support.

    Plyo Legs Did Me In

    Meso 2 legs are not much better. Those tri-sets are KILLER! I have done STS 2 times, once as 6 mo and once undulating. I had serious DOMS after Meso 2 legs every time. I am starting the new STS/Shock Cardio Rotation and I am not looking forward to Meso 2 legs at all!!!

    A complete Low Impact series please please please

    Mini mat instead of step

    Gym Style Chest & Tris

    I just experienced this same thing last week! I did all 3 gym styles, expecting them to be a breeze! Afterall, I just finished a 5.5 month rotation of STS. Boy, was I WRONG! They were very challenging, especially legs. I did Maximum Intensity Strength yesterday and I was shaking!
