    Muscle Meltdown Upper Body Premix

I get her reasoning. However, to have them spread out on 5 separate DVDs is cumbersome. I don't subscribe to onDemand, and I only have one DVD player in my workout room. It would have been nice to have them all together somewhere in the set.

More just stretching with the new science behind it

I know it's been months since you posted this, and if it's not too personal, can you share what your autoimmune disease is and what symptoms led to the diagnosis? Thank you. Just wondering if I have an undiagnosed condition.

    Muscle Meltdown Upper Body Premix

This is a great idea Clare. Especially since a break is nice after doing a MM. I did MM-Chest today and was very challenged. If I were doing them back to back, I do believe I'd want about a 5-minute break between segments. These are more challenging than I anticipated.

    Muscle Meltdown Upper Body Premix

A few of us VFers have expressed the desire for a Muscle Meltdown Premix with all 5 of the muscle melt down workouts and was wondering why Cathe didn't offer this one. It would have been a great premix option.

Three Ways to Enjoy Cathe's New ICE Workouts!

This series is worth it for the premixes alone! Cathe and crew, you have done an awesome awesome job putting together these workouts with all the premixes. They just add so much more to the series. And the muscle meltdown premixes are spot on. I love working one body part and to have the...

    Low Impact Sweat Review

Thanks for the knee strap/brace suggestion Dawn. I have an issue with knee pain too but don't currently wear anything to alleviate the discomfort. I do take glucosamine pills which help. Osteo bi-flex worked better and I plan to start taking them again once I go thru my supply of glucosamine...

Looking for a Deep Stretch video (Similar to Lastics)

One that I positively love is Travis Eliot's Yin Yoga. I discovered it on you tube but ended up buying the Ultimate Yogi set just so I could have it. It is great and sounds like it's exactly what you're looking for. It is long coming in at 1 hour because he holds the poses for 3-5 minutes...

    LIS and lower back pain

Funny you should mention this pain. I did STS D1 yesterday and think I may have overdone it with the poundage because my back is sore and tender and I never have back pain. I think I may have strained it a little so think next time I'll go lighter and tyr and incorporate more yoga/stretching...

    flex, xtrain and hiit

I don't believe she even put out a pdf for this set as she didn't consider it a series. It doesn't even have a name but some have called it the X10 series or like you the Flex series.

Now Share Your Workouts on Our Newest Workout Blender

I can't wait to try out other's workout blends. I haven't had a lot of time to play around with it but I know others have. I was considering canceling it but with this latest upgrade I'll keep it a little longer.

Now Share Your Workouts on Our Newest Workout Blender

Man isn't this the truth!! I'm praying my health holds out until I retire so I can really enjoy Cathe more than I do now. Work is getting in the way of my workout regime. Have a hard time getting motivated these days. I used to work 2nd shift (3-11 PM) but went to days in Feb. and I just...

Video Clip of Cathe's Compound Giant Sets-Light Weight Live

I did this yesterday and loved it. There was very little impact so it's practically a non impact workout. The impact that was there was easily modified down and I was sweating buckets. So glad I used only 5#. Wouldn't have been able to hang with Cathe on the 8s. The 5s worked great for me.

    Our 52nd Cathe Live Production

I did this today and although I've been subscribing to OnDemand for 2 months, this is my first Live recording I've done. I enjoyed watching the other ladies in the class. Some, like me, are not as fit as Cathe so don't do the moves exactly like she does and I found myself watching them more...

3 month STS rotation combined with water aerobics??

Funny no one had an answer for you. I took aquatic PT for 6 weeks to help with my knee and spinal stenosis issues. After the PT was over I joined the Y to take advantage of the classes. I found the classes great for helping me out with my arthritics issues but I was very limited in the...

    Peripheral Heart Action Training

This is a good question and I wish Cathe had listed a few of her workouts that meet PHAT criteria in her article because I'm almost sure she has some that follow the PHAT rules.

    Pre-Order Cathe's New Ice Series?

I'm buying the dvds if only to get the premixes. I do subscribe to OnDemand and Live and the wb is awesome. But she doesn't have any of her premixes loaded yet. She mentioned that one day they may get them loaded but right now they're not.

    new videos

Copied this from the other thread where Cathe answered this question. " The target time for the main workouts is around 40 to 45 minutes each, but exact times won't be known until filming and editing is complete. Low Impact Sweat has two workouts and they will be around 30 mins each."
