    Widesceen Format?

    My living room tv can do widescreen, but not my workout room tv. And my workout room tv is smaller. So I don't mind seeing my workouts on the big tv in 4:3, but wouldn't like the widescreen on the smaller screen. Just my 2 cents. April

    CALORIES BURNED DURING BUTSS AND GUTS?

    If you put your information into the Workout Manager and then schedule a DVD workout for Butts & Guts, you'll see the estimated calories burned for your weight. 550 was my number and probably is pretty close for me. You can do the same for all the Cathe DVDs. April
