I haven't got into any of the others unfortunately. I will probably sell the gym styles - if I wanted to spend that much time on each body part, I would rather do Slow & Heavy. Not sure of the point of spending that amount of time on each muscle when the rests are too short to go...
I used the premixes and did combo one 3 times as my workout. Then when I got that one, I did combo two 3 times in another workout, etc. Combo 3 really is the hardest, but when you get it, it is great fun being able to do all those twists and turns! I also love the music in combo 2!
Not Cathe, but you might be okay doing the floor work from Cathe's lower body workouts, eg Pure Strength, Pyramid, Muscle Max.
You could also try Callanetics - I think it is excellent for the tightening up the thighs, hips and behind.

Not Cathe, but I think the workout that is closest to Body Pump is Power Hour.
The Pyramid DVD does come with a bonus premix, which is a very good total body workout.
