How can I effectively work my lower body WITHOUT squats and lunges, is it even possible? I have not the greatest knees and even though I am maintaining good form they still bother me periodically :-(. Thank you so much and your crew for being there for me each day, I get stronger everyday and my muscle development is going great! Rebecca
 
Not Cathe, but you might be okay doing the floor work from Cathe's lower body workouts, eg Pure Strength, Pyramid, Muscle Max.

You could also try Callanetics - I think it is excellent for the tightening up the thighs, hips and behind.
