    Success with Rotation--Scared to Change!

    Lynda, I am glad to hear that you are having great results with that rotation, since it is almost exactly what I am doing right now. Only difference is on your walk days, I bike, run, or use the Erg (rowing machine.) I am seeing such results already and I just started this about a month ago...

    Does eating spicy food help you burn fat?

    I always found that that kind of thinking made me want to go out and eat TONS of Indian or Mexican food and that got me where I am today.....FAT. So, I doubt it---cals in/ cals out, and clean is the important thing, I think.

    I am recently (a month a a half ) now following Cathe's suggestion of 6 small meals per day----VERY clean. Alwasy with at least a small amt of protein. Being hypoglycemic and once was a gestational diabetic, I find this keeps my blood sugar (and energy) levels even all day, and I FEEL...
