That your workouts would get this popular? Or that you could change this many lives? Because I don't think that I could fathum having this much of an impact on anyone, much less this many people. It's amazing to think about! You've really helped a lot of men and women change their lives for the better, across the world non the less, wow! I just thought I would get deep really quickly here. I hope that you don't mind.
Have a great day!

Kathy

Hi Kathy! You're sweet thank you! You know, sometimes I do think about some of the wonderful feedback I get and my mind goes in the direction you mentioned. It is a very rewarding and fulfilling feeling to know that I have helped motivate somebody to become healthy and fit. Thanks again Kathy!

I know I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Cathe. Every time I accomplish a physical feat, I say, "Thanks Cathe!" My DH and kids know what I'm talking about, but others look at me strange. I just have to add, the other day I took my kids to swim class at he YMCA and as we headed into the locker room we passed a Body Pump class. My kids ran over and shouted, "Cathe is in there mom!" I said, "I wish." Then they looked in and said, "Isn't Cathe in there?" It was funny at the time. People were wondering what my kids were talking about. I felt like saying, "If you haven't experienced the Cathe, you haven't really exercised." But of course I didn't.:)

I'd like to join the "thank you Cathe" bandwagon by jumping in here, too. Be prepared for gushing:

Cathe, you changed my life! I hadn't, and still haven't, found another instructor who motivates me the way you do. You're tough enough to push me to do more thank I think I can and "real" enough to make me believe I really can if I just try a little harder. I can't do all you do, but I can do more than I ever dreamed. You gave me back my health and my life. Now I enjoy waking up in the morning. I am truly grateful for all you do.

Thanks!
Shari

Here is a recent great example! I am 54 yrs old. Last Sunday I was racing my small 8 foot sailboat. When I came into the dock. I had one foot out, and one foot in....well I went swimming! I took a few strokes, grabbed, the boat. A friend took the boat. This left me eye-level with the dock. I (with some effort) pulled myself up so that my torso was supported by the dock, then wiggeled the rest of myself out of the water. Believe me, without Cathe....Lidochick
