    What has STS taught you so far?

    LOL at #2!! SO TRUE! I've learned that confusing your muscles WORKS! and it works GOOD and FAST! I've always enjoyed working out, but now I absolutely LOVE IT! That I'll ALWAYS hate my triceps and want to improve them (hoping to still improve there!)

    That's a great idea! I want to do the heavy weights for squats, will have to see what my 1RMs look like for that....hmm.

    Just finished last disk in meso 2 this morning - WOW, bicep moves were killer. Definitely working for those tickets to the gun show ;-) I am looking forward to meso 3, but a little scared of those plyo leg moves! I want to get a squat rack, but haven't yet, so I am going the plyo route this...

    Have you felt a difference after recovery week?

    I didnt' think I'd like the recovery week and would miss the weights. I did miss the weights but after the fact, am glad I had the recovery week. Meso 2 was such a change from Meso 1, it was perfect. I am one DVD away from my second recovery week and KNOW I'll need it for Meso 3!!

    Just a quick question - when the new version of the Workout Manager came out, the stats changed, and we can no longer see how many calories burned in a week, just overall or by each workout (or maybe I am looking in the wrong spot?) - are there any plans to alter any of the stats so we can see...

    if you are looking for a cheaper option...I found a great bargain on a barbell set on craigslist WITH a bench for 30 bucks! the bench has a bit of rust on it, but otherwise, it was a steal!!

    STSers on the Road Trip

    little late to this thread... but I am an STSer too and going on the RT - woohoo! I am hoping we (meaning me, and my sister Jess, also going) need tickets to the gun show - who's with me!? LOL, did bi's/back today in disk 21 (I think its 21?) and my bi's still hurt!!! in a good way!

    Ha - actually, I saw stars this morning during my workout...not sure if it was just sweating a lot or what, but it was weird, so I know what you mean by that! And it is true - you never DO know what to expect with each workout - which I LOVE!! Bring it on!

    Wow, disk 20/legs in Meso 2 was KILLER TODAY! I usually wear a tank top and pants, but I wore my Cathe RT shirt from last year's RT which is short sleeved and I soaked right through it!! If I were wearing a tank top, I would have definitely had "shiny shoulders" as Cathe always says in this...

    Can't wait to be STS buff AND huff and puff soooo can't wait Cathe!! :) Loving STS already and seeing results...I can only imagine what STS Cardio will do!
