RECOVERY WEEK APR. 6TH - 11TH

What are you doing for recovery week?

I started a 5 day fast and plan to run, but the weather isn't pleasant right now and I am fighting a slight cold. So I am going to power max and legs w/o weights.
 
I am going to keep up my clean eating diet, which I started three weeks ago today. I have lost 10 lbs already!

I will be just doing some cardio, such as step, kickboxing, hi-low and maybe some walking. I will comtinue to do my abs circuits. I might do Drill Max on one of the days with lighter weights.

Hopefully. the weather will get better for you to do some running. Keep us posted on your fasting!!!

I'm doing cardio coach runs all week this week except when my husband can't watch the kids, and then I'm doing just cardio premixes. I do plan on doing abs 3 times this week but no weights.
 
I AM SO EXCITED. for the first time ever, i did 12 pushups on my toes!!! i couldn't believe it. pushups are soooooo hard for me. i have to attribute it to STS. don't know what else it could be.

however, my eating is HORRIBLE. if i would get it under control, i would lose a few lbs. i pigged out at lunch today on mex. food. NOT GOOD!

i did the firm's 500 calorie burn w/kelsie. great workout.

you are going to run while fasting for 5 days? when you say "5-day fast" what exactly do you mean? i am curious! i am a runner and can't imagine running while fasting..

I am doing the vibrant cleanse (lemonade diet). I usually do it 3 X a year and I am able to keep up with my workouts.
 
I also planned to pick up on running, but the weather isn't cooperating here either. AND, I'm also battling a sinus cold/infection since Saturday.

Yesterday I did HIS. Today I did a GREAT 50 Minute stretch w/ Michelle Lemay's Stretch Fusion. I'm going to try to run tomorrow for sure.

Will throw a few ab workouts in too!
