    Disc 7 done, mostly. Those push ups today were killer and I just couldn't do all of them even on my knees. :o The rest of the workout went well. :D I remember last time I couldn't do those side raises on the ball by the time they came around because my shoulders hurt so much - no problem...

    I ended up doing Jillian Michal's Boost Your Metabolism... worked up a good sweat. This 40 min workout is a no weight workout... I burned almost 300 calories it's a good one. :)

    Legs Disc 3 done + bonus - :D I was not able to hold my Frisbee on my leg for that bonus no way no how.... Wall squats actually got easier this time around - gotta love that!

    Thanks Beth! Before I retired I was an installer and trainer for computer software.... some things are hard to let go. ;) I hope all is well now Beth. 3 in one day --- Good Luck to you! :D I didn't get to disc 3 :( So I put it on tap for tomorrow. One of those days....:rolleyes:
