Hi, Y'All.
Just finished Disc 2. Loved it! My only problem is figuring out how I'm going to do pull ups/chin ups. Maybe I should give that tower some consideration. Anyhow, I have to make allowances for my left shoulder, another challenge. I am going to have to lighten up on some of the weight for a few of the shoulder exercises.
