I wasn't able to print wo cards so just copied last time-what's with that?

I HATE PUSH UPS. I just finished disc 4. I decided I couldn't let myself get too far behind. I also did the bonus section of disc 3 legs.

Cardio today. I have not decided what I am doing yet. :rolleyes: Most likely treadmill. I have a some housework I have been putting off I really should get to that.
 
Yes it was Clarkdale elementary.....and Sweetwater creek rose 8' above flood level. It looked so devestating! Our high school is asking for donations for school supplies at the football game this week. Have to go walmarting!

Taking a rest day today since school is tonight and I haven't done my assignment this week! SHAME ON ME!!!

Hi, Joan, Jann, Beth, Cathy, Trisha and Deb.

Just finished Disc 5. I just keep telling myself how great my arms are going to look. I'm pretty well spent, but Thursdays are always my busiest days.

I'm going to try going online to see if there is a way to contribute something to help Clarkdale Elementary. The pictures I saw were awful.

Joan & Jann, I am having issues with the WM as well. I take the 1rm tests and save my results, but when I print the workout cards, the weight numbers I need aren't always there so sometimes I have to guess. Hope they will fix it.

I ended up doing Jillian Michal's Boost Your Metabolism... worked up a good sweat. This 40 min workout is a no weight workout... I burned almost 300 calories it's a good one. :)
 
Hi ladies,

I just got done doing basic step. Even with the 3lb weight I did get a good sweat going.

I almost think I had flu instead of a cold. I had fever, sore throat, runny nose and now a lingering cough. That's what they said were flu symptoms. I just hope my mother doesn't get it.

Deb I hope you got classwork done. I always wait to the last minute to do things. I guess that's why I finish wo at midnight.

Disc 6 done. NOW I remember why wall squats are so hard they follow those darn low end lunges!

Just finished Disc 6. My legs are so tired! :eek: They were really tight, so I needed the extended stretch, even though I was pushed for time. I love Cathe's stretching workouts, they are always perfect.

Gotta go now!

Hi everyone,

I don't think I'll get Friday's wo in. I've been trying to catch up with work. The problem with working for yourself is that no one does the work when you are sick.

I wanted to call in sick for babysitting earlier this week but that didn't work out either. At least I don't think Elliot will get sick.

I haven't even started on my tax return and it's due Oct 15th.

Made a slight dent in the pile of work on my desk so I think I will try to get a few hours sleep.

Hi Ladies!

Checking in with Disc #3 Legs, whoa baby! That workout is purely wicked evil. I'll have a hard time walking tomorrow.

Got that homework done on Thurs. about an hour before class. I won't do that again! I have a test this Thursday.

Friday was another rest day unless you count "power shopping" at Walmart. I'm counting it.

Now I'm off to shower, and go to the grocery store.

Hi, Y'all.

Well, today would be cardio day, but I got kinda behind in housework, so that's the chore for today. I think there's a certain amount of calorie burning in it, anyway.

Deb, I can't tell you about homework. It can be tough to get that work in when you're dealing with a real-world life as well as school. Right now I'm behind a book review in my course. Just hang in there. You'll figure it all out and you'll do very well, I'm sure.

No official workout today. We went to a car show and walked according to my little GWF over 10,000 steps before the rain came. I am counting that!

hey ya'll. yes, i'm alive, just been sooo busy. no workouts this week. did yoga on thursday and that is it. we had beautiful rain last week and cooler temps for a couple days. wonderful!!! i t is hot again today, but it was a blessed relief. we had our county fair this week and been busy w/that and the grandkids. ttyl
