Hi, Y'All!
Sorry I missed yesterday, but I went with DH to help him with an auction (yep, he's an auctioneer in business with my in-laws), and it was out in Riverhead (which is on the eastern end of Long Island). There's a huge outlet mall there, and what can I say, he lured me. I was so tired when we got home that I was not feeling much like working out--I walked a whole lot yesterday. But I just finished Disc 9 legs. Couldn't totally finish the bonus legs, but I did the extended stretch. I can't afford to be too sore tomorrow!
Cathy, she had a brain tumor, and they found out about it because she took a fall jumping one of her horses. (The horse was okay.) Her husband was the doctor who found the tumor. She knew she was dying at the end when she sent them all away. You're right, Cary Grant was way cool and I really love his movies (especially "Charade"), but since I'm from Atlanta, I'm sorta attached to Clark Gable (that "Gone With The Wind" thing).
Joan, if legs get easier in STS, then I have something to look forward to!
Lori, how do you like Cardio Coach? I looked it up online and am considering it, especially for when we're traveling.
Deb, I am sending some money home to contribute to Clarkdale Elementary. I know the Kroger stores are doing something, as well as many others. It does sound as if there are a lot of efforts to raise money to help, and I've no doubt that the school will be rebuilt, or at least repaired. I did get your message, and thanks for the info.
Jann, you're right, it's just much easier to get workouts over in the morning and have the rest of the day to get other stuff done. I have so much on my plate right now, I have to do the most important things first, and get to as much of the rest as I can.
Tricia, how's the wedding going?
Beth, hope you are well.
Ladies, have a wonderful weekend.
