    I use it for leg work, when the dumbbells or barbell is particularly heavy. I found it very useful, actually, since I have trouble holding the heavy weights.

    yep! I'm also using pace weights, and I have had the same difficulties during the leg routines. The problem I'm having is having to add so many more pace weights to the heavier dumbbells to get the recommended amount. I had to pause the DVD player several times during the leg sesssions...

    Problems with Workout Manager

    Thanks for the suggestion. I checked it out, and it was on inches, as it should be. It only seems to have impacted my last measurement session, so I guess I'll just delete the data and be missing one week. Not that big a deal. (I do have body fat %, so I can include that information.)

    My legs appear more toned to me, but that could be largely due to fat loss. I lost 15 pounds and 3% body fat during the first 4 months, probably mostly due to a VERY clean diet.

    I agree - especially with resistance bands I'm totally on board with the idea of a traveler's workout. I personally vote for emphasis on resistance bands. I have weak wrists from computer work and have difficulty with a lot of body weight exercises.

    I had the same issues with the wall squats. By the time I got low enough to be able to grab them, I could not get back up. I had to put the weights down and do it without them.
