    FLOORING ????????????

    I purchased 2 feet by 2 feet subflooring squares at Lowe's for my basement workout area.They have strips on the bottom that gets the wooden part off the cement. You use a rubber mallot to snap them together. I put my Home Depot squares on top of the subfloor since I already had them.

    I don't know if the Super Step is the next generation step, but I do love mine. I use it mostly as a bench for weights but have used it for step aeroboic workouts also. If you will be happy always using the five inch height for step aerobics then this could be a wonderful addition to your home...

    Weight Watchers/Cathe and Activity Points

    Are you going to meetings or online? I attended meetings and was given a slide rule for AP. I always count Cathe's as "High Intensity" Level and use the chart. I subtract about 10-15 minutes for cool down and stretch and count that as moderate or light. HTH:-)

    A nice sunny backdrop.

    I prefer inside sets, because the outside ones seem huge! For some reason that bugs me. I like Cathe's current set. It is a little different from all the angles and is a timeless theme. Also it has the "strong foundation" appearance - don't mean to sound corny on that last comment!:-)
