Weight Watchers/Cathe and Activity Points

Hello everybody!! I was wondering for those of you who do WW and exercise with Cathe, but how do you calculate your activity points?

Are you going to meetings or online? I attended meetings and was given a slide rule for AP. I always count Cathe's as "High Intensity" Level and use the chart. I subtract about 10-15 minutes for cool down and stretch and count that as moderate or light.

I used to do the on-line journaling with WW & using the on-line calculator, got 7 AP for Power Hour. HOWEVER, the on-line journal only allows you to eat &/or save 4 AP a day. I always ate those extra points off journal because if I didn't I was STARVING!
 
Thanks for the info. I do the online version of WW. I was wondering how some of it was calculated with warmup and cool down. Thanks again!!
