It has been a long time since I did 10 10 10 but I believe it is not that difficult. I love BodyMax and do the step only portion at least once a week. The entire BodyMax workout is ninety minutes but the step only portion is only 24 minutes of (for me) intense cardio. The next segment in the Body Max workout is cardio plus legs - interval style and this makes for a good cardio plus legs only workout when done with the step workout! I think I have only done Body Max all the way through once, but the cardio and leg portions make the purchase well worth it for me.
