    If you sign into the workout manager and put your weight in, then add B&G to your calendar it will calculate it for you. Calculation takes into consideration weight, MET value of the exercise and time.

    I just did this yesterday as part of the Rock Bottoms Rotation. I made it through until the bonus lower body. I just couldn't do anymore or I think I would vomit! Especially after coming off of the 30/30. The side leg lifts on the ball, I found myself growling at Cathe:)

    The STS Total has a workout card and it is 65%. I did go a bit higher, when I first used it but her rest periods are short in between so it was tough. High Reps has a recommendation on the screen; since many reps you'll want to go light too.

    Cathe, I have the STS w/o squat rack option because I did not own one. Well, thanks to STS (twice through) I can lift heavier resulting in the need for a squat rack, which I ultimately purchased. Would you considering having a purchase option for the squat rack discs only as add-ons? :D
