    I was wondering if there were any thoughts on adding a countdown timer on the screen of the Xtrain workouts? It's always nice to know how much time is left in your workout. Just a thought....

    What size do u consider to be skinny?

    I love J.Crew too, but seriously, sometimes the 0s are too big. BTW, I know at our local mall they have a device that figures out what your clothing size is for different designers. Pretty interesting, considering, I could be anywhere from a 0-4. I hate vanity sizing!!

    To those who use downloads.....

    Sorry, I meant to write that these devices will make it easier for you to watch the videos....and not have to worry about earbuds, etc. I just was on vacation and was able to do Afterburner, Crossfire, and Core Cardio Circuit. TravelFit is perfect to get resistance in.

    I use the downloads a lot. You can get an iPod to Tv cable that allows you to watch the videos on your TV. I also use Apple TV. I have it in my home gym and it connects to my computer where all of my downloads are. The cable you can probably get for less than $30 (best Buy or even on-line)...

    Yes, absolutely....fires up my shoulders too! I did TTM extreme the other day....63 minutes of non-stop sweat pouring and flying everywhere!

    Yes, i have done it. I would say different. The compound leg part really gets my shoulders on fire...so if you are looking for a more cardio effect, this premix is better for that.

    I like Afterburn better, S&G is just plain ole fun. Afterburn is a metabolic workout, and S&G is more steady state cardio and then you go into some strength work using the gliders and your bands, but nothing too intensive. Depens on what you are looking for...but if you liked how you felt...
