I bought the TTM workout(LOVE IT), but I didn't buy the CrossFire workout. The video clips scared me I was wondering for those of you that have both, how much harder is CrossFire than TTM? Like twice as hard or not much.
Just to give insight on my performance on TTM: I can do TTM with no rest. I only use one step riser throughout the entire workout. I believe I can add a riser for the step Tabata, but adding risers bothers my knees so I choose not to at this point. I think I might DIE if I added a riser for the 30/20 I also have not used the firewalker with the routine yet. However, I think I will be adding that next week. By the time I get to the last exercise of 30/20, my legs are DONE. But I do manage to get through the compound leg segment, but honestly that really isn't hard. The pace of that segment makes it feel like rest for the most part.
So what say you? Give it a try?
