    Calories per day poll

    5'8, 125#...I think. I eat about 2000 calories, probably more. I don't count, I just eat clean...mostly 90% of the time!! Currently doing Whole30, so I have been eating clean 100% for 20 days now.

    I have to agree with what everyone else suggests. I used to run everyday, my running plateaud. I didn't get better until I cut back on my running. I run better now running twice a week, depending on what I am training for. I alwyas like to incorporate plyometrics as well, as that has helped...

    In addition....I agree! I mean I understand why people would get annoyed with certain posts, but you aren't going to like everything posted on Facebook. Everyone uses Facebook for different reasons too. All I know is that I have gained more from Facebook than anything....

    Supercuts, cardio supersets, and afterburn

    I consider them cardio. I don't think the weight used is heavy enough to be considered strength and especially in Cardio Supersets and after burn, the weights are used to make the exercises more intense, not really to build strength.
