    a lady at work followed a gluten free diet and lost 10pds. I am allergic to wheat,barley and soybean but have never restricted them from my diet,maybe that is why I struggle with the same 6-8lbs I lose and gain back every yr.

    thanks, at first I made the shake and then added the oats but with cold water and I could eat it that way but then I thought I think I am doin gthis wrong thats when I tried boiling them according to directions and yes yuck. I will try it your way and see.

    so far I think itreads are definately harder but I love seans voice and the way he talks to you in CC. But I felt I got a more grueling workouts with my itreads. but somedays I prefer a less intense workout.cant really go wrong with either.

    for those of you that got faster using itrain

    the ones that I have been using are sprinting ones. #19 is a killer one that is suppose to make you faster, it has hill sprints and fast sprints at a pace I wouldnt usually ever make myself run.
