It's a REAL old step workout Cathe did. Probably early 90's I'm guessing. It's 60 minutes. If you don't have it, substitute for another 60 minute step workout.
 
debbie- I read that you eat quaker oats,protein powder. I have tried this and for the life of me cant get it to taste good. I tried a few bites and ooow, couldnt get myself to finish it. I am trying to eat better and am having a hard time of it. I boiled the oats then added the protein powder, BSN. The oats still dont have enough taste for me. Is there another healthy breakfast alternative you can suggest that is quick and convenient? thanks!
 
Hmmm, I don't boil my oats. Gross me out. :) I put HOT water in my oats, stir and add the BSN right away. I eat it quickly, I don't let the oats get soggy. I hate soggy oats. Maybe that will make a difference for you? I think it tastes awesome.
 
thanks, at first I made the shake and then added the oats but with cold water and I could eat it that way but then I thought I think I am doin gthis wrong thats when I tried boiling them according to directions and yes yuck. I will try it your way and see.

I am on week two of summer 07 rotation and I believe you are out to kill me. If I look great this summer I have you to thank. GS and B&G almost killed me tonite. Thank you for a great rotation.

I'm doing the same rotation as you...just starting week 2 tomorrow:)...The first week was tougher than I expected, but I'm psyched to start the second week. I'm probably going to do the 08 rotation next. Anyhow, just wanted to say HI :) since we're both doing this rotation.

I am totally enjoying this rotation, its killer. I don't have all the DVDs to do 08. I hope you enjoy this rotation.
 
My goal with this rotation is to burn as much fat as possible - primarily in my belly, but that seems to be the last place to go!x( One thing that I've learned with this rotation is how much I've been missing out by not doing premixes...some of them are killer! Especially BM2 Double Upper Body...My arms were so tight after that workout;( but I loved every minute of it}(

The first week wasn't so bad for me, but this week is tough. I'm not sure if you are suppose to do the calf work on GS legs I just stopped at that point and did B&G floor work my inner thighs are very sore and tonite my upper back is sore. I'm learning alot of different ways to workout.

I would suggest you watch Imax 2 a couple of times I had to do something else couldn't fiqure out the blasts.
 
Hi Roxie,

Thanks for the tip...I've done Imax2 in the past, but probably not for 6 months or more. I don't remember why I stopped doing it..but it was probably too complex choreography or too high impact. My knees can't take too much these days. I will give it a try again and see how I find it...;-)
