    Ah, yes, I thought they looked the same. I missed that thread, though, and got lucky finding it on PS's website. It really does work well and also works well as a floor mat for ab work.

    There might be a fraction of an inch that it doesn't cover, but it's sufficient. And although it looks as if it hangs a smidge over the sides, it doesn't get in the way at all. It has a little "tag" on the corner that says Power-Systems. I'm thinking this may actually be the one Cathe uses...

    weighted gloves ?

    I was curious about these gloves as well. Also, I thought I read on here at one point that SNM was going to make a micro loading glove that was a combination lifting glove so that the palm was not open. Did I dream that?

    I can only do the Santa Monica workout without ropes (the ropes option doesn't work for me) but I didn't find it any harder than Firepower. Anthony gives you options for each of the exercises; he's the one doing the crazy hard variations! But I found it quite doable and I personally enjoyed it...

    Why...WHY won't my no-bake cookies harden??

    My recipe calls for a half cup of peanut butter. I always use margarine and they almost always turn out. But if I can tell that it's not as thick as it should be, I add in extra oats also. Ironically, no bake cookies are the only kind of cookies I can make. :p

    Argh! ... just need some reassurance that Rhythmic Step is learnable!

    This is a good idea. Learning it in smaller chunks makes it less frustrating because your head isn't full of all of the choreography at once. Rhythmic Step was probably the toughest of Cathe's cardio for me to learn. But if you've mastered BodyMax 2 and LowMax, I think you can do it. :)
