    Thanks! I was thinking that IMAX was a combination of circuits. I have the DVD and it is very challenging. I try to avoid it at all costs. Ha! For the next two weeks I don't have to do it thankfully. Tonight is Low Max.

    IMAX 3 quick question

    Is IMAX 3 considered to be HIIT/HIT? Or is it just your basic compilation of circuits? I have the entire Hardcore Series and I've been reading some things and I think I need to incorporate HIT into my program. Anyone can answer...thanks!

    I did Gym Style Legs for the first time yesterday and I love it except for all the pulsing going in it. Ha! But I am having trouble staying on the ball and this is with all of the DVDs I've done with Cathe so far. Before Cathe I was working my core three times a week and I'm still doing it...

    I'm feeling overwhelmed kinda too. I'm starting on the 8th with my Cathe Fans Spark team and I know I'm not going to finish my one rep max just for Disk 1 on time. Is there an easier way than using the 1RM test? Wing it maybe? What kind of affect will that have on my overall program?
