    Please, please, please make another pyramid workout???? Maybe you could make one that supersets between different body parts and film it like pyramid one. You could film using the entire pyramid and have a pre-mix that just stops at the third set?

    Cardio Kicks

    I did this one today. I'm doing the November rotation. I hadn't done this one in a while. I did the Bootcamp pre-mix. What a fantastic workout. I think the pre-mixes on this DVD are awesome. Kickmax may be my favorite Hardcore DVD.

    I just find my muscles are really pumped after a pyramid workout. This particular one also allows me to lift a little heavier because of the slower lifting speed.
