sub. for CTX cardio in November rotation?

I'm doing the November rotation. I don't have CTX kickbox (please don't enable me to get it, I've a huge Cathe collection already):)


What could I substitute? How long is the cardio only portion? It must be short if Cathe has it scheduled after the Lowstep workout which is 40 min.?

I was thinking the first part of Cardio Kicks? Could I do the first cardio of KPC?

Any suggestions?
 
CTX Kickbox is 30 minutes of kickboxing, with lots of focus on arm drills. You could do one of the KPC premixes (I am thinking of the kicks and drills one, can't remember what it's called), or you could do the first portion of Cardio Kicks. CTX Kickbox is very similar to Cardio Kicks.

I am agree with Marie.A KPC premix or 30 minutes of CK are great substitutions.I think you can try the kickbox and the lower body premix of BC too.In CTX kickbox there is one hard section of different moves with a simulated jumprope (regular jumps, ski hops, front and back hops), then scissor moves, then a set of power scissors.I think you can use the lower body premix of BC to substitute that part and you can use the BC kickbox premix to substitute the kickbox of CTX.Hope this helps.
