    Ok there is a card for the Metabolic Blast but it only goes to Chapter 11. The DVD goes to chapter 18 for weighted exercises. There should be another page for that DVD.

    I'm not sure where the best place is to report this. There is at least one page of the Workout Card for Metabolic Blast and the Metabolic Blast Calorie Crush missing. The Guide just includes Chapter's 2-11. The sheets with the exercise and Cathe's weights are in there but not the Workout Cards...

    Heart rate monitor apps??

    I have the Polar M400 which is an activity monitor and heart rate with chest strap. It's one of the only ones I could find like that but the chest straps are more accurate. Anyway, I use the polar flow app with it. I love it!

    Hard Copy of RWH User's Guide

    I actually do use a three-ring binder!! I have two. One for Cathe and one for other workouts. But I take the sheets out to see what weights to use etc. they have to make it back into the binder. I tried tracking in excel before but it doesn't work for me. Takes too much time to transfer...
