    Not with Cathe. Since she didn't post a November rotation I took the opportunity to use my ff DVDs. I made up my own rotation. 2 of the ff workouts were HiiT mixed with functional moves. It was a nice change and fun, but I missed Cathe.

    Well I guess when I saw upper body premix I figured it would at least hit each muscle group once. Since this premix only had chest/shoulders/triceps then it would be nice to have a second upper body premix for back/biceps at about the 20 minute mark as well. Thank you for your explanation.

    Biceps

    I didn't have biceps until 8 years ago when I did the Slow & Heavy series for 3 months and used challenging weight. I had DOMS after every workout. Haven't had flat biceps since! I think the S&H approach increased my strength and density in all my major muscle groups. Just my .02

    Yoga Max

    My Physical Terapist told me to do yoga to stretch out my shoulder from my injury. He is always impressed when I come back the next week after doing Yoga Relax or Max and sees a big improvement in my range of motion. I would like to see more Cathe yoga too.
