Biceps

Hi Cathe,
I love to lift weights but no matter what I do, I can't seem to improve my biceps. Biceps is also therefore, my least favorite part to work out.

I lift weights 3 times a week for an hour. Do you have any suggestions on how I can kick it up a notch and improve my strength in my biceps? Any input is appreciated - thank you

I didn't have biceps until 8 years ago when I did the Slow & Heavy series for 3 months and used challenging weight. I had DOMS after every workout. Haven't had flat biceps since! I think the S&H approach increased my strength and density in all my major muscle groups.
