    That's a good idea Stebby, I hadn't thought of that. I've been kicking around the idea of combing STS with Insanity. Would that be too insane? :-) I thought maybe I could use Insanity for the cardio days in Cathe's rotation instead of Shock Cardio. What do you all think? I wouldn't start...
