    I agree with Clare. Your body type may not respond well up heavy lifting. Maybe you should stick with meso 1 or do total body workouts with lighter weights such as high reps or muscle endurance.     I'm totally burned out and don't know what to do!

    This is an amazing thread. This is my week off from work and was suppose to be my week off from workouts but that hasn't happened. I have a hard time allowing myself more then 2 days off. This thread is very inspirational. You guys are great!

    Thanks for all the replies. I love reading everyone's responses. I don't really have a favorite but I like the idea of 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights instead of doing one thing for the whole hour.

    Wendy: do you use workout dvds or do you create your own routines? Can you give examples of your workouts? I like the idea of doing 30 minutes of something, mixing it up instead of 60 minutes of one thing.

    NAB: I agree, the fitness circuit kicks my butt! I thought it would be tabata but to my surprise the circuit feels much harder.
